Automatic screw sorting and feeding, with defective screws automatically screened out. It features automatic material replenishment and an alarm function when material runs out.
Torque detection controls feeding: one screw per fastening. Intelligent feed avoids double delivery.
No feeding in case of screw slipping. If the torque fails to reach the set value during fastening, the machine stops screw feeding to prevent bit jamming.
High stability with minimal jamming. Even if jamming occurs due to defective parts, it can be cleared within seconds by ordinary operators.
High efficiency, 0.8 seconds per screw. No manual picking, just align and press.
Cuts 1-2 workers for screw driving. Semi-auto operation reduces labor and boosts efficiency.
