The wire ends of the harness cannot be peeled off

1. Check the cutting depth of the wire and adjust the diameter of the wire core to a smaller value
2. The clearance between the wire inlet conveyor wheels is too large, and the adjustment clearance is small
3. Whether the set lenth for head stripping exceeds 2 mm
4. There is no material jam at the inlet
5. Knife retreat setting is too large, adjust to smaller.


The end of the thread must not be removed


1. Check the cutting depth of the wire and adjust the diameter of the wire core to a smaller value
2. The clearance between the line outlet conveying wheels is too large and the adjustment clearance is small
3. Whether the set length of head stripping exceeds 2 mm
4. Knife retreat setting is too large, adjust it to smaller


The insulation layer of the wire is damaged

The core is cut off and damaged


1. Adjust the diameter value of the core to an appropriate degree, uneven length, actual length of the line ≥ the set length of the line
2. The clearance between the conveyor wheels at the line entrance is too large, sometimes the wire head can not be peeled off. If the length of the unstripped wire is greater than the set stripping length, adjust the wire inlet clearance adjustment wheel to increase the pressure
3. Clear the stuck materials at the cable inlet
4. Adjust the pressure of wire inlet conveyor wheel.


The actual length of the line after processing > the set length or length is different


1. Wires are of uneven thickness
2. There is stuck material in the processing part of the wire stripper. Please remove the broken material and apply lubricating oil to the blade part
3. Stop the wire stripper to take out the processing line, set the program in "00", and then check whether the wire inlet or wire socket wheel rotates smoothly, or whether it is stuck
4. The wire rack is stuck, which makes it difficult to get in.


Some cores are too long


1. If the diameter of the wire core is too small, the blade cuts into the wire core and strips the wire core, and then raises the diameter of the wire core from 1-2
2. The knife retreat setting is too small, adjust it to a larger one.


The wiring harness cannot be peeled off or is not clean


1. Add lubricating oil to the edge and tool rest of the moving parts of the wire stripper blade because they are not lubricate enough. (Add oil every 8 hours)
2. Adjust slowly. Try again
3. Check the wire to see if its size is less than 10 AWG# (6 square mm)
4. Check whether the blade is dull


The wire harness machining mouth is inclined


1. The cable is too bent and needs to be straightened
2. The machining position of the wire is not aligned with the tool rest
